Since 1986, CRC has helped thousands of clients – businesses, organizations and individuals – find satisfying solutions to difficult problems. Whether you are experiencing conflict at home, in your neighborhood, or at work, CRC can help you find relief. Our services are available to anyone in Santa Cruz County.

MEDIATION
CRC’s skilled and experienced mediators guide participants through each phase of the mediation process: identifying problems, perspectives and concerns, communicating collaboratively and productively, and reaching satisfying agreements. |
GROUP FACILITATION
Facilitation helps groups identify and address dynamics that cause conflict and hinder productivity. This process allows teams of employees, board members, or members of an organization to increase collaboration and effectiveness. |

RESTORATIVE JUSTICE
Restorative Justice promotes offender accountability and responsibility, victim empowerment and satisfaction, and community collaboration and safety. CRC works with Juvenile and Adult Probation, the District Attorney's Office and the Community to offer a number of restorative practices programs. |
TRAINING
Join CRC at a local training where you will learn to facilitate respectful communication, mutual understanding, and cooperative problem solving between coworkers, family members, neighbors, landlords & tenants, etc. |
